Terms & Conditions


All goods shall be paid for at the time of order. No goods shall be dispatched or collected until paid for in full.


Refunds, returns and reprints

It is not possible to return products for refund other than in the event of an order being produced to the wrong specification or not to an acceptable standard. In either of these cases we may (at our discretion) reprint free of charge. In order to qualify for a full refund you will need to email us within 3 days of order receipt to production@quayline.co.uk We will require you to return the faulty goods.

We may refund the price of a defective product in full or reprint as necessary, any applicable return delivery charges will be refunded in full. If the packaging of your order has been damaged in transit please sign for the goods but mark the signature as damaged. Also, take photographic evidence and forward to us immediately.

If, when delivered, the printed product cannot be used because there is no packaging or the content are completely ruined, please do not accept the material and mark the refusal on the document provided by the courier. Please inform us immediately so we can proceed and reprint your order.  


The relationship between you and us

By placing any order with us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are legally capable of entering into binding contracts. After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email from us acknowledging that we have received your order. All orders are subject to acceptance by us and we will inform you if for any reason we cannot process your order. The contract between us will only be formed at the point that we send you our order confirmation email. 


Availability and delivery

Every effort will be made to deliver your product in the time frame requested and/or set out in your order. In exceptional circumstances, we may have to inform you of a revised delivery date.


Errors and Omissions

Whilst every effort will be made to produce the work correctly the company will not accept liability for any consequential loss resulting from errors and omissions.


Declined Work

Quayline Digital Ltd reserves the right upon sight of artwork to decline to print any items it deems inappropriate. Any payments made for work declined for this reason shall be refunded in full.



The Contract for Supply and Sale of Services is personal to the Customer and incapable of assignment or charge without the written consent of the Company.The Company may sub-Contract the performance of the Contract in whole or in part.

In the event of any Condition being judged unreasonable, it shall be modified to the extent necessary to make it reasonable and the remaining Conditions or part Conditions shall nevertheless remain full force and effect.



Current VAT rates shall be applied to those products qualifying for such taxes.



These conditions and all others express terms of the contract shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England.
